We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance activity that may temporarily affect the connectivity of your charging stations.
Scope of the Update: As part of this update, we will be replacing a key component that facilitates communication between Tele2 (your telecom provider) and our backend infrastructure. The migration requires telecom provider (Tele2) with VPN connections to update the targeted IP endpoints. This will result in a brief interruption in connectivity for charging stations using Tele2 SIM cards.
Expected Impact: Most affected stations will automatically reconnect within a few minutes. However, depending on the internal retry behavior of individual devices, some stations may take longer—up to several hours—to re-establish connection. This behavior is device-specific and cannot be externally influenced.
Important Notes: No action is required from your side. Only charging stations using Tele2 SIM cards will be impacted. All other services, including the EV Portal and web APIs, will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window.
